My husband and I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that we received from Micro Center Tech, Rogers Shaw. He is a valuable asset to your team. He was very, very knowledgeable, so personable and has outstanding customer service skills. We especially appreciated him thanking us for our long wait in line and for our business coming to Microcenter. It's so refreshing seeing someone actually care about the customer, their needs and going the 'extra mile' to make sure everything was working correctly. I noticed that he did this with every single customer. We felt important and valued among the crowd of people there. Thank you for hiring such quality personnel!!!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a computer store Josh was absolutely phenomenal helping build my computer. Very good customer service from Paul and Josh. I was treated like family at micro center! extremely satisfied thank you very much! Highly recommend getting a PC built here!!

I recently purchased a laptop from this location November 2025. It unfortunately suffered a catastrophic electrical failure. Lisa W and Simon from the support/tech were super helpful and understanding and they were actually able to refund the computer which was unexpected. Will S from sales was helpful in choosing a replacement. I have shopped here for years and am reassured once again with your expertise and customer support.

Great experience! Felt welcome, and that I could ask for anything that I needed. Fantastic checkout experience, too! Speedy, but smooth and they made sure I understood everything (without coming across as condescending). As a woman who had basic knowledge of what I was purchasing, I appreciate that. Overall, would go again! :)

I can't thank the service department, especially Josh, enough for helping with my new PC build. I even got called back to be given a discount for a few days later ($40 back). I was truly worried about getting a PC built for me, however the customer service was outstanding. Josh called and talked through the process, ideas, and recommendations with ways to save. It was super stressful dropping 3k on a PC and not having my hands/eyes on it but his recommendations were whole hearted. No doubt top rated customer service! 10/10 would do again.

I think it’s a really cool place and the prices are good for some things like 3D printer filament. You can get a kilogram spool of pretty much any color for $20 or less of PLA or PLA+. Last time I was there, I saw this massive printer that was really cool.

The best place to go to get help with any electronic you can think of. When we visited there were literally 100 employees inside. Lol We wanted a laptop and the sales person was very informative. Super helpful and patient while we looked around. He helped us settle on a model and then showed us accessories. We really enjoy coming here and we will be back in the future!

As always microcenter gets my business and my customers business when it comes to computers and electronics. Brian who I worked with Brian in BYO who always helps me find just what I or my customers need. I just finishes working with him on my recent 9800X3D build even moving from a 5070 TI purchase to a 5080 and am very happy with it. Been shopping here for almost 20 years sending friends, family and customers to shop here or with them.

MicroCenter never disappoints. From the moment you walk thru the doors, you instantly realize the endless selections. The team members are knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, extremely helpful. If something is prone to issues or needs special attention, they are honest and tell you when asked, as that is something I’ll ask. “Have these been good, any typical issues with them?” Have purchased really a wide variety over the years, an absolute ton of various brands of 3D printer filament (Inland and Cookie Cad as favorites), various 3D printers such as Ender 3 Pro’s and more recently a couple Bambu’s. Built a printer farm of 16 printers with most Enders. PC hardware, graphics cards, CPU’s, Cases, Power Supplies, Drives, tools, Arduino’s, UPS’s, Laser Printers, switches, routers, access points…….I could keep going, but of all those purchases, everything has been great. All while knowing, if I did have an issue, I could go back and get it resolved. For me it’s well worth the 3 hour drive there. Have been frequently the Overland Park, KS location since 2019.
